Dr. J.R. Rudzki is an internationally-recognized expert in complex shoulder and sports medicine surgery of the knee and elbow. A native Washingtonian, he begins his 20th year in practice with District Orthopaedics.

Active in medical & surgeon education, Dr. Rudzki has taught residents from the George Washington University & Walter Reed Medical Centers for over 19 years and been recognized by the GW Resident Teaching Award. Dr. Rudzki serves as a consultant for medical device companies working on implant design and strategies to improve surgical techniques and patient care. This work has taken him from Ireland to Australia to Argentina and across the U.S. for collaborative interactions to teach and learn from experts around the world.
